Scaffold House by Bosch Capdeferro Arquitectura

Refurbishment of a single family house built in various phases starting in the 1950s in Sa Riera, Begur, in Spain. The proposal aims to vitalize the relationship between the house and its environment, a privileged place in the Costa Brava. The openings were already fixed and the only access was from the outside. The Vitrocsa 3001 sliding pocket doors system is not hidden in the walls, but outside, in parallel to the facade so that once opened, it creates a feeling of infinity from the inside. The house becomes a large porch, a covered and ventilated alcove open to the landscape.
